Kitchen Renovations
The kitchen is the heart of the home, and Simone designs each renovation to support the way you truly cook, gather, and live every day. She starts by studying your current layout and listening carefully to what works, what doesn’t, and what you wish you could change, then develops a thoughtful plan that improves workflow, storage, and natural light.
Simone focuses on smart space planning first—optimizing appliance placement, work zones, and circulation—so your new kitchen is as comfortable to use as it is beautiful to look at. She guides you through cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, fixtures, and lighting, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each option and how they’ll perform over time and within your budget.
During construction, Simone remains actively involved, coordinating closely with carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and installers to ensure every detail is implemented as designed. She visits the site frequently, confirms that finishes are installed correctly, and keeps you updated on what’s happening and what comes next. The result is a kitchen that feels custom‑tailored to your home and lifestyle, elevating both everyday meals and special gatherings.
Design Expertise from Planning Through Construction
Simone Feldman Designs guides homeowners through every stage of the design and renovation planning process, from initial concepts and space planning to material selections, detailed layouts, and 3D visualizations that help bring ideas to life. Simone also coordinates with contractors and skilled trades, providing design guidance and project oversight to help keep the renovation aligned with the established plans.
Simone focuses on design, planning, and coordination—not performing construction work. Construction, installation, plumbing, electrical, and other specialized work are completed by the appropriate contractors and licensed tradespeople. This collaborative approach helps homeowners make informed decisions, maintain a clear design direction, and move forward with greater confidence.
Bathroom Renovations
A well‑designed bathroom should feel calm, efficient, and easy to maintain, and Simone approaches every renovation with that goal in mind. She looks at how you use the space today, what frustrates you, and how you’d like it to function in the future, then creates a plan that balances comfort, storage, and style.
From hall baths to primary suites, Simone carefully considers layout, lighting, ventilation, and accessibility so your new bathroom feels open and practical, not cramped or cluttered. She guides you through tile, cabinetry, countertop, plumbing fixture, and lighting selections, explaining how each choice will perform over time and how it fits your budget.
Throughout construction, Simone stays closely involved—coordinating with plumbers, tile installers, electricians, and finish carpenters to ensure every detail is executed correctly. She visits the site frequently, confirms that waterproofing and hidden infrastructure are done right, and keeps you informed about what’s happening each step of the way. The result is a beautifully finished bathroom that works for your daily routine, adds value to your home, and stands up to everyday use.

A Hands‑On, Guided Renovation Process
Simone is extremely hands‑on and remains closely involved from first conversation through final walkthrough. She visits job sites regularly, confirms that details are executed correctly, and makes sure each trade has what they need to stay on schedule. She believes it is her responsibility to clearly set expectations, explain what will happen and when, and keep you informed of any changes before they occur, as well as using 3d imaging software to show you what your space is going to look like in advance.
From the start, Simone helps you clarify how you want to use your new kitchen, bath, or other space in the house then translates that into a complete plan including layout, 3d visuals, cabinetry, surfaces, fixtures, lighting, and storage solutions. She guides you through what to purchase and why, so every selection supports your overall design, budget, and timeline. You’ll never be left wondering who is on site or what they’re doing—Simone will personally introduce the tradespeople involved and walk you through the schedule in plain language.
