About - Simone Feldman

I am a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My family and I immigrated to the United States in January of 1979, to make our new home in Atlanta, Georgia.

Since my arrival in the U.S., I have been involved in Residential Architectural Design and the construction industry, as I was when I lived in Brazil. I continuously update my studies in Residential Architectural Design to help implement new ideas into my projects and to make use of my four years of study in Architecture. I received my certification as a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer, CKD, CBD, from NKBA, the National Kitchen and Bath Association, which required extensive knowledge in space planning and construction. I also received my certification as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, CAPS, from the Home Builders Association. In 2006, I was appointed to the board of directors from the Georgia Chapter of NKBA as Vice President of Educational Programs.

From 1984 to 2008, I owned and operated a Residential Design/Build firm providing preliminary concept and final design to complete construction projects. Since then, my business required adjustments and innovative strategies to follow the changes in the industry taking me to a new phase in my career. This new phase consists of focusing in

the planning/design, specifications, and supervision of my own projects. It also consists of collaboration with other great colleagues in the same industry to bring the best team together to give the ultimate customer service, all supported by my extensive background in Residential construction and Design.

I have been happily married for the last 33 years to my wonderful husband Steven, and have enjoyed, and continue to enjoy, seeing our three beautiful girls grow up into wonderful young women.
